"Hotel needs some pizazz. Getting old and tired. Same decor for many years now. Poor outdoor lighting and on-site parking almost impossible . Staff very friendly and kitchen staff especially so. Highlights are breakfast is bountiful. Ventilation is open swim area should be approved and someone needs to monitor pool seating to stop guests from leaving towels but never lay or sit not allowing other guests to secure seating "

"Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air.
