"Fabulous spa area that really couldn’t be faulted ( except a plan in English would have helped me navigate it). The treatments were wonderful and all three practitioners were top notch. Room and terrace were up to scratch but the bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast buffet was more that adequate. The staff were great. I’d love to return!"

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, on its own island between the town centre and the castle. It is an old and very characterful building, beautifully maintained. Service is excellent and the breakfasts are fantastic. The only negative thing to note is that mosquitoes are a serious problem in the summer. There is no a/c, so it is necessary to leave the windows open to have any fresh air, and then the mosquitoes come in… It would be good to provide rooms with plug-in insect deterrent."

"Teeninduspersonal on väga tore, aga on palju pisiasju, mis mind häirib. Kõige suurem puudus on väga ebakvaliteetne siseviimistlus. Spa, koridoride ja pesuruumide plaatimistööde kvaliteet on täielik null. Samas jälle sisekujundus on väga ilus ja hubane. Kaheinimese voodi võiks olla suur kaheinimese voodi, aga mitte kaks üheinimese voodit kõrvuti pandult. Voodi oli natuke liiga pehme, aga siiski mugav. Hommikusöök oli väga hea ja valik parem kui enamus kohtades. Ainuke miinus hommikusöögi puhul...

"Edellisten arvioiden ja hotellin nimen (spa) mukaan kuvittelimme hotellissa olevan uima-altaan. Ei ollut! Huoneessa oli lyhyt hotelli-info, jossa kerrottiin kylpylämahdolliduudesta viereisessä hotellissa. Kysyttyämme siitä, kuulimme kylpylän olevan remontissa. Viileän ja osittain sateisen sään vuoksi se oli pettymys."
