The convenience of location was excellent. Easy access to subway and close to theaters and Times Square.Check in was really slow, it took 25 min. The staff was super friendly.

This was my first time traveling to NYC with my Family. This Hotel was excellent, the breakfast was one of the best I've had in all my travels and the staff was great. The location was close to everything . Ill definitely recommend this Hotel

Location is amazing. Stay 6 days with family and we used all amenities . Everything was excellent location is in the middle on Times Square closed to restaurants, broadway etc.

"Average food, high prices but very bad beds and pillows. Mattresses so hard they gave me aches and cramps. They’ve clearly scrimped on the mattresses here and for 250 euros a night it’s a joke. Avoid"
