Stuff are good, reception are good, manager is good,all workers are good, room service is good, room is very clean and comfortable, my wife stayed in the sea view room, she loved every single thing about Swiss Belcourt Hotel. "The infinity pool is definitely the highlight. If you like gyms, it looked decent too. The buffet breakfast is good especially if you like Indonesian dishes. The reception staff were eager to help. It was a quiet place to sleep on a Saturday night (important when comparing 4 star options!) However, the rooms are looking a bit worn even though the hotel is near new. "There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in.
