The property is ideally suited for two families or couples. The apartment is not rented to youth groups. The location is peaceful, close to nature, and pleasantly quiet.

The apartment is a two-storey, log-built semi-detached house completed in 2007. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and one bedroom with a double bed. The ground floor also includes a bathroom, a sauna with an electric heater, and a terrace for outdoor relaxation.

On the upper floor there is a loft with three beds and a bedroom with two separate beds (2 x 120 cm) and one additional single bed, as well as a WC. The stairs to the upper floor are gentle and sturdy, adding to the comfort of the accommodation.

The property is located approximately 65 km northeast of Kuopio. Lake Syväri is 300 metres away, and a public, child-friendly beach in Tahkonlahti is about 2 km from the apartment. No boat is included with the property.
