The lower floor includes a bright living room and combined kitchen/living room, a heat-storing fireplace, a bedroom for two with a separate beds for 2, a toilet, a bathroom, an electric sauna, an entrance hall, and a large covered terrace with terrace furniture. The upper loft has a bedroom with a door and separate beds for two. There is a second TV in the loft, and under the sloping roof, there are additional separate beds for two. The loft is accessed by steep stairs, with a child gate at the top.

The shared courtyard of the housing company has a communal campfire area, perfect for atmospheric moments.

There is a lockable storage room and two car parking spaces with electrical outlets.

Additional equipment includes a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and blender. The apartment also offers board games for children and adults. Child amenities include a children's sled, travel cot, potty, high chair, and child booster seat.
