"The room is clean, but furniture is getting faded and older. Bathroom is inside the corner without separate lights. Staff needs to be trained for information changes of China immigration law. The hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping area WanDa Mall."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Kunming, and overall, it was a positive experience. The service stood out. The staffs were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of options that were both satisfying and enjoyable. It was a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Kunming South Railway Station, which was very convenient and made traveling much easier. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was quite low, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the hotel WiFi was rather unstable. We experienced frequent disconnections, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s still a good stay thanks to the excellent service and thoughtful amenities, but addressing these issues would definitely enhance the guest experience further."
