"Temizlik konusunda her şey çok kötüydü. Bahçede bulunan masalar kirliydi. Jakuzi kötü durumdaydı. Yatak temizlenmemiş hem lekeli hem tüyler doluydu. Tuvalette ağır koku vardı ve temiz değildi. Oturma alanı süpürülmemiş önceki müşterinin artıkları vardı. Bu durumu iletmemize rağmen düzeltilmedi ve ikinci kere söyleyince gelip temizlemeye başladılar. 2 saat bahçede sıcak altında bayram günü temizliği bekledik. "A true 5 star experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming and clearly well trained in hospitality. I had a room with a balcony and an ocean view and I just had the most wonderful stay. Spent the day at the Akra gym, pool, and ‘beach’, I loved it so much I added another night, the breakfast was fantastic as well. Can’t say enough good things and can’t wait to come back!"
