Among them, Praveen stood out as a beacon of hospitality, going above and beyond to accommodate our every request and ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made him a favorite among our family, leaving a lasting impression that enhanced our overall enjoyment of our time at the hotel."

"The room was beautiful, comfortable, great AC and wifi, the hotel itself is breathtaking, with a variety of plants and gardens, the buffet breakfast food (which was included in our package) was EXQUISITE. The dinner buffet was a bit too expensive for what it was. 13000 SLR for two people (which is about 60 CAD). "

While the views are phenomenal, the location is far from the major attractions (e.g., tea plantations, waterfalls), especially given the nearby road conditions. The rooms themselves were small and basic in terms of furnishings. There is no A/C in the rooms, so the humidity is high and require opening windows. The closest village has limited dining options for tourists, so we ate on site. The food quality was 'ok' with a mix of Western and local options. For what this property is and its location, the price per night is high. Key positive highlights are the views and the warm hospitality of the staff. "
