"The staff were excellent. The room was clean. We had the mountain view and the view was gorgeous. They have a nice restaurant and an excellent complimentary breakfast. A problem we had was the room became cold in the evenings/nights. Because of the central HVAC, we could not set our thermostat to heat. The hotel property was clean, however the area around the property was not very clean. The hotel is very close to the Dalai Lama temple. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the hotel. "

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."

"The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. "I had the pleasure of spending one month at The Void Hotel, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and humble, making it an absolute pleasure to stay there. The manager, Raju, who has formally studied quantum physics and is writing a book (it’s his "parallel life"), was outstanding—patient, considerate, and professional. He and his brothers (I mainly got to know Kartik) made sure everything I needed was taken care of with a thoughtful approach. The receptionist, Kirpo, was equally amazing, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. This family is truly warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the center of Bhagsu, making it easy to enjoy local shops and cafes while still having a peaceful retreat. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. The view from my balcony was breathtaking—far more stunning than any photo on their profile could capture. When temperatures dropped, they provided excellent heating, making the stay cozy and enjoyable. The entire property was impeccably clean, reflecting the team’s dedication to high standards. The hotel is safe, quiet, and beautiful—a true home away from home.
