The living area features a sofa, armchairs, a 32-inch LED TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The dining area is equipped with a large dining table and four chairs.

Board games and Blu-rays are provided free of charge.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a two-burner cooktop, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and ample dishes.

The bathroom has been renovated and modernized with a nearly walk-in glass shower.
