The Villa Parkblick, built in the traditional seaside resort style, boasts a beautiful location between the spacious Lindenpark and the popular Kühlungsborn town forest. The wide Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade with its many shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The marina with its lively promenade is also just a stone's throw away.

On the first floor, facing Lindenpark, is a 3-room apartment (53 m²) for up to 4 people. The spacious balcony offers a magnificent panoramic view of Lindenpark. Its central location near the beach makes it an ideal starting point for numerous activities and excursions during your vacation in Kühlungsborn. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a beach holiday, or an active getaway, Kühlungsborn is the perfect vacation destination!

The spacious living room features a new leather sofa bed with an express bed function (including mattress), providing the option of additional sleeping arrangements for a third and fourth person. A 55-inch UHD TV, Blu-ray player (and a large selection of current Blu-ray discs), stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide all the comforts of home.

From the spacious dining room with integrated kitchen, you have access to the large, furnished, covered balcony, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of Lindenpark. A second TV and a highchair are available in the dining area.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has space for a baby cot. Two wardrobes provide ample storage for your clothes.

The modern kitchen (built in 2024) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.

The modern bathroom (built in 2024) with a shower cubicle is equally inviting. A hairdryer is provided.

A parking space belonging to the apartment is available on the large property. A lockable storage room for bicycles, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are also available.
