The location
The holiday apartment is located on the top floor on the northwest side of the apartment complex in Building 2, nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and the city forest.

Amenities
The tiled holiday apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a sleeper sofa—a cosy living area, a bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful balcony offering a winter view of the Baltic Sea.
A fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and a flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system, as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and mini-safe, complete the interior of the attic apartment. A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request.

Special Features
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.
