Überraschend gutes Hotel . Ich war das erste Mal hier und bin positiv überrascht. Meine Wünsche an ein Zimmer der gebuchten Kategorie wurden ausnahmslos berücksichtigt, der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr gut, die Parkmöglichkeiten bestens und erschwinglich, das Frühstück eine Augenweide und eine sehr gute Aberkennung und das Meeresschwimmbad einfach spitze. Was man zumindest wissen muss ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gibt und dass die Möwen ziemlich vehement ab 5.00 Uhr morgens ihre Gesänge beginnen. Ich empfehle das Haus sehr gern weiter und komme wieder .

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz wunderbar war das Frühstück und der fantastische Ausblick dazu. Man kann den ganzen Vormittag dort verbringen, einfach herrlich. Nicht so schön ist, dass Shampoo, Seife und Zubehör alles in kleinen Verpackungen eingeschweißt ist und dadurch sehr viel Müll produziert wird, das müsste unbedingt geändert werden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel und die Lage direkt am Wasser einfach traumhaft.

Hotel liegt gleich ganz vorne am Strand. Perfekt. Besonders loben möchte ich die vielen emsigen asiatischen Mitarbeiter, ob am Empfang oder im Restaurant. Sehr höflich, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Davon kann sich der oder die eine Mitarbeiter/in eine riesige Scheibe abschneiden!! Das Zimmer war ok, die Matratzen waren auch ok, aber die Kopfkissen - meine Fresse, ein Hauch von nichts. Ich musste mir vier Kopfkissen übereinderstapeln, um meinem Nacken halbwegs was Gutes zu tun. Die Hotelgäste mögen such alle nett sein, aber beim Frühstück merkt man dann doch, dass Oma Hertha und Opa Erwin mit Lichtgeschwindigkeit auf ihre angestammten Plätze zusteuern. Und dann bleiben sie da erstmal sitzen, schweigend und mümmelnd, eine oder zwei Stunden...Das muss man mögen!

Das Hotel war einfach spitze.Leider war das Wasser im Schwimmbad sehr kalt.Das kleine Becken war leider kaputt. Die Saunaanlage war super. Kollege Martin ist eine tolle Servicekraft. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Blick auf die Ostsee inclusive.

Schönes Hotel, auch wenn die Zimmereinrichtung das Gefühl vermittelt, etwas abgenutzt scheint. (Stil). Hinweise für Sauna: muss p.Pers. eine Zimmerkarte dabei haben. Hinweis beim CheckIn wäre super gewesen. Ansonsten schöner Auffenthalt, schöne Panorama-Bar.

Wenngleich es beim Einchecken zu einem Missverständnis in Bezug auf die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie kam, war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr angenehm und erfreulich. Das "Meeresrauschen" in dem Meerblick-Zimmer ist durch nichts zu überbieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind das erste Mal seit 3 Jahren wieder im Strandhotel gewesen. Das Hotel ist nur noch ein Schatten seiner selbst. Ein Drittel der TV Sender sind ohne Funktion. Auf Nachfrage wusste angeblich keiner was ist. Dann haben wir erfahren, dass die Sender schon seit dem Sommer nicht mehr funktionieren. Zwei Saunen sind ohne Funktion, die Duschen in der Sauner haben nur kaltes Wasser. Der Techniker hat unser Zimmer ohne Aufforderung betreten, als wir im Zimmer waren.Der Spar-Bereich ist unterbesetzt und die Badewannen sind dort defekt. Das Personal am Empfang war der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Als wir uns beim vermeintlichen Hoteldirektor beschweren wollten, hat ihm das alles nicht interessiert und war extrem Gleichgültig. Am nächsten Tag haben wir erfahren, dass das gar nicht der Hoteldirektor war. Wir sind noch am selben Tag abgereist und haben ein Hotel in der Nachbarschaft genommen, welches auch 4 Sterne verdient. Das Morada Strandhotel hat meiner Meinung nach, derzeit noch nicht einmal 3 Sterne verdient. Wir haben auch keine Entschuldigung erhalten, bzw. Unser Geld für die gebuchten und nicht genutzten Nächte zurück erstattet bekommen. Neben den Ärger hat uns das ganze auch nicht viel Geld gekostet. Wir waren häufiger im Morada Strandhotel, aber so wie es derzeit geführt wird, werden wir dort nicht mehr buchen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten Frühstück im Panoramarestaurant. Sehr saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
