The apartment is on the east side of Haus Meeresblick, facing the beach and park. As a corner unit on the first floor, it offers not only a fantastic view of the open sea, but also a quiet, secluded setting. The spacious loggia, with no direct neighbors, is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy breakfast here in the morning sun while taking in the sea view.
The apartment features a large, bright living room with wide windows opening to the loggia, a dining area with integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with WC and shower. Children have space to play indoors, even on rainy days.
