The apartment is located in a small building with apartments and two shops of a 2004 built complex.   The property is located in the district Kühlungsborn East, in a side street of the most popular boulevard Kühlungsborn, the beach road. The fine sandy beach and the pier is about 400 m, past shops, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.   In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this object. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. The apartment has a balcony and a parking space. Also a bicycle storage room located on the property. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. You will relax in a comfortable and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment of about 70 square meters, located on the first floor. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofa, dining area, radio and TV. From the living room, you enter the south-facing balcony. In the separate kitchen you will find stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. A double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed (max. Width 1.6m) and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person there is a linen package in original equipment available. Final cleaning included. A parking space available. Arrive and feel good !!!

Zu der Wohnung gibt es einen Parkplatz (einer der Gründe, warum ich die Wohnung genommen habe) leider war dieser die ganze Zeit für mich nicht zu erreichen, weil ein anderes Fahrzeug diesen so verparkt hat, dass man nur mit einem Smart vorbei gekommen wäre. Ich fahre keinen Smart. Von der Agentur fühlte sich niemand für den „Falschparker“ zuständig. WLAN hat die Wohnung übrigens auch nicht…

Der Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit kleinen Akzenten schön eingerichtet! Schade fanden wir, dass sie Matratzen durchgelegen sind und die Reinigungsfirma könnte etwas gründlicher sein. Ein kleines Ärgernis welches wir bemängelnder, wir konnten leider erst nach 16 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen, da sie bis dahin noch nicht gereinigt war. In der Anreiseinfo stand ab 15 Uhr, wir wissen das in der Hochsaison viel zu tun ist, da sollte aber die Anreisezeit dementsprechend geändert werden. Die Freundlichkeit im Vermittlungsbüro war nicht so wie man sich das wünscht. Als Hinweis, hätten wir auch gern erfahren, wo man den Müll entsorgen kann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Kühlungsborn unseren Urlaub verbringen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen A. Janßen

Unterkunft und der Urlaubsort

Wir benoten das Objekt als gut, was uns aber immer wieder auffällt, nicht nur in dieser Wohnung, sind die schlechten Matratzen. Da müsste aus unserer Sicht besseres besorgt werden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Werner und Jutta Schraven

Diese Wohnung besticht durch eine sehr angenehme und wohnliche Ausstattung, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause... Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Super Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn!!!

Super Ferienwohnung für eine kleine Familie

Eine tolle und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns in dieser hellen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Geschaefte , Restaurants und der Strand sind bequem per Fuß zu erreichen. Der Molli Bahnhof ist in einigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Top Lage gleich neben der Einkaufsmeile von Kühlungsborn. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir waren begeistert.
