The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg holiday home is located on a large property in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers space for 9 individually designed holiday apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play corner, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialize.If you’d rather get active, use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training.

To ensure that even a chilly day at the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is available for your use.

Our “Muschel” holiday rental for 4 people is located on the ground floor of the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg and features a beautiful terrace. The apartment features hardwood floors and comfortable underfloor heating.

The cosy living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, a ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes; on the adjoining balcony, you can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun as early as breakfast time. Wi-Fi and internet-enabled flat-screen TVs are standard in every room; two spacious bedrooms with large built-in closets and box-spring beds, as well as two beautiful bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, complete the modern “Muschel” holiday apartment.

You can park your car safely and securely in the underground garage on the neighbouring property.
