Spa facilities were clean and quite empty so often had it to yourself. Staff were not the most pleasant. Only nice thing was the lady let me check in quite a few hours early which I was massively grateful for. Staff were quite blunt in their replies, not reciprocating my good mornings or hello, just answer my question so felt like they wanted me gone quite quickly. Room was clean and changed daily. I had an operation and the staff brought ice on demand when I was not mobile and made my stay seamless. "Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. ..."
