Pleasant personnel, but bad hotel condition

No lift. For those whom always having problem to climb the stairs like myself, this was a real negative setback. No remote control for the aircond, you have to live with it if you can't cope with cold. But the hotel personnel was great, they will try to help you on anything u need.

easy to spot eating places around

Pool staff when first day check in hotel, the room small, dirty, dirty bathroom ,no clean any more when the previous customer used this room, have rubbish at floor and the bed have many hair, table have Gecko feces and dust. I ask for change the other room , she said can not change because book via online expedia. She said just can help to clean the room, that ok! When i go back the room. You know what i see ! I see have a black mouse come out from the bathroom and directly rushed under the bed ! I go ask the staff they must change the room for me, after that she just change the room for me. Very bad experience for this trip.

Nice hotel with great location.

The hotel location is great as it is near to a lot of places of interest. A lot of nice food near with the hotel. Very convenient to backpacker. Even though the room is a bit smaller, but it's clean and comfortable. No room cleaning service during my 3 night stays (maybe need to request at the counter). Everything is great during my 3 night stays. Recommended.

I don't expect much from $15 per night but I believe it can be better. Room really really small, wall's all dirty and stained. Spiderwebs hanging at every corner.. The towel provided is dirty and yellowish. Do not stay in the hotel, suggest to pay more for a better one.
