"We booked for a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment is kept in a better condition than the two bedroom apartment we had; the two bedroom apartment had visible mould around the kitchen sink and its bathrooms. The two bedroom apartment also suffered from an additional leaking to its air conditioning units, drenching the tiled floors. The skirting boards showed an obvious sign of repeated incidences. "Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again."

"Permai is fantastic, we had a treehouse and enjoyed waking up to monkeys and bird song each morning. It is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing or book some tours from. The staff were all lovely and helpful, if driving us themselves to catch a late afternoon boat trip. We extended our stay another night as we loved it so much."

"The room facilities and bed were clean and good. I had good sleep. I had river view which is very nice. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The staffs were very friendly and nice. Only drawback is the bathroom, looks old furnishing and some parts does not look clean enough. Feel discomfort during my time in the bathroom. The bathroom amenities could have been 5 star standard.
