"It's hard to get past the fact its the only major hotel in the city. It's old style design needs a major upgrade. The bedrooms are 3 star, not 4. The lamp shade in my room 1314, was crumbling and should have been replaced years ago. The fridge door was covered in grotty stickers, some partly scratched. ..."

"Terrible checkin, hotel that is not managed, not cared for. No towel in room, toilet leaking, no hot water, no bed sheet to sleep under. Desolate place. To be avoided by any means."
