Nice hotel but very old. Water pressure okay, bed also comfy but the design is soo old. Got problem with air conditioner. There's no remote and I can't close the aircond.

Hotel too old and bathroom especially tub is dirty and stained. Too old. Bath towel old and stained. Despite choosing premium room, still not too happy with the old towel, pillowcase and bedsheet.

As this hotel is 3 decades old, they need to accommodate people coming from the basement parking for some lift ride or so. Not so OKU and old people friendly. The bathtub has no stopper and so it is rendered useless to be used to dip in as a bathtub itself.
