"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. "Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get up early in the morning to move the car before parking enforcement hours began, which was far from ideal. The room itself was a good size, however it felt very tired and in desperate need of remedial work and redecoration. This was also true of many of the common areas beyond the reception area, which appeared worn and poorly maintained. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues that should not really be present in a hotel of this standard, including stained bed linen, towels that were supposed to be white but are now shades of grey/cream, cracks in the walls, a rotten bathroom door frame, mould in the bathroom, and an ill-fitting toilet seat. Overall, the property feels neglected and in need of significant refurbishment and better upkeep. With investment and more consistent customer service, the hotel could have potential, but sadly the current condition did not meet expectations."
