Worth for the money paid

unfriendly receptionist during check in, the lady staff is ego when we asked for the breakfast coupon during check in. I have booked the hotel with breakfast, but she insist that the room is not come with breakfast. I showed her the hotel voucher, and she unpleasant reply with high pitch tone "Go eat since you eagerly want for the breakfast, and I let you eat." Overall, it is a nice stay hotel, clean and nice breakfast. And the customer service especially receptionist need to improved.

Net en prettig hotel in centrum

Het hotel is heel prettig gelegen in het centrum van de stad met veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De privé parkeerplaats is fijn, bewaakt en vlak naast hotel. We kregen een fijne ruime suite ipv de geboekte reguliere kamer dus dat was zeer aangenaam. De suite was ruim en zeer verzorgd en schoon. Het ontbijt was het minst positief van het hotel.

Room standards

It was very obvious that the room was not vacuumed nor swept. There was even litter in front of the room and in full view of the housekeeping staff whom delivered towels to my room but she took no heed. If this is the sample; other hygiene standards are very much in doubt.
