this hotel is a wonderful hotel 3 years ago, however, it is very disappointed that the service dropped so much... the security guard at the main lobby become lazy and don't open the door for guests. Complaint to the staff that room service never throw away the rubbish then I went out, after come back, the rubbish remain on the table...

Location was ok and decent food and shopping nearby at the malls. Rooms were ok for the price point but wasn't clean at check in. There were still like random food crumbs and receipts from the previous guests. Beds were otherwise comfortable and showers were ok. Not much more you can ask for at this price point.

I have stayed in this hotel some years back as well. Some services have definitely changed since I was last there. The restaurant no longer provides dine-in option after 4pm I think, they no longer serve alcohol in the hotel, half of the gym equipment was under maintenance and the quality of the breakfast has decreased. Overall, the stay was ok. staff are friendly and professional. a lot of restaurant nearby and it's walking distance. the only thing is the room is a bit old and run down. Besides, it's a bit noisy as it's near the main road.

The surface dirt on furniture is obvious. Basin was seriously choked. Rusty stopper. Towel quality and condition very torn on the hem, rough on touch. Dining chair was stained with some sort of sweet.

Booking this for my mom to have a simple stay vacation. Facilities wise are good and clean. Parking is free for hotel guest but just abit hard to find parking when come to Friday. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Will rebook again for next round city vacation trip.

A lot more to improve.
There are stains on the table and door. Have communicated with hotel.com that there will be 2 person check in and even provided them names. However during check in, they are unable to locate the names, these cause a lot of inconvenience to us. due to public holiday no daily house keeping provided, they just told us due to insufficient staff hence no house keep daily. The hairdryer spoilt while using. They wanted us to put deposit to get slippers. However location is good. We are surrounded by lots of restaurants.

Nice location, next to malls and restaurants
The room is okay, large space at valued price. It is clean and provided hair dryer, iron and table, enough hanger, however, the cleaning service wasn't offer everyday. The hotel only provide every 3 days and not inform guest during the check-in. I was disappointing on cleaning service but the rest of facility are good.
