This new ground-floor apartment (completion summer 2021) leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.

The apartment is located directly on the Greetsieler Sieltief and features direct access to the water via its own dock. The open and light-filled living area is furnished with a high-quality L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace. Adjacent to this is the dining table with four chairs and the open kitchenette. The kitchen offers all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, etc.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with an electrically adjustable double box-spring bed, a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom features a large sink and a walk-in shower. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, and an iron for your use.

The large, furnished terrace invites you to enjoy plenty of sunshine and features the apartment’s true highlight: a barrel sauna with an unobstructed view of the water! The garden area is also fenced in.

The windows in the bathroom and bedrooms are equipped with electric roller shutters, and all windows have pleated blinds. Fly screens are installed on the main windows. The entire apartment is tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating.

Starting in May 2025, dogs are also welcome in this apartment—the garden is fenced in!

One parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, you’ll find a lockable garden shed with charging facilities for your e-bikes/bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The Grachtenrefugium and Zinnenhuus 2 accommodation is located in the same building; other accommodation in Grachtenpark I include An’t Grachten, binnen un’ buten, Grachtenblick I, Grachtendrööm, GrachtenGlück, Grachtenhüsje, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, and Sielzeit.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
