Brand-new (completion February 2026) holiday rental in a prime location in Greetsiel!

Welcome to our “Friesentraum” apartment, which offers plenty of space for up to 4 people and dogs in its approximately 60 square metres. From the inviting entryway, you’ll step right into the light-filled living and dining area, featuring a beautiful L-shaped sofa, numerous games, travel guides, reading materials, a radio, and a large TV. Adjacent to the dining area is the small but fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Senseo capsule machine, a drip coffee maker, and a toaster. You can also step out from the dining area onto the beautiful furnished terrace and small garden. The property is fenced.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, USB-A and USB-C charging ports right next to the bed, and a closet. One of the rooms has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), while the other has two single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m) that can be pushed together or pulled apart. The bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer. In the storage room, you’ll also find a clothes drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board.

All windows are equipped with pleated blinds; the bedroom windows also have blackout blinds. The main windows also have fly screens. All rooms have vinyl flooring; the bathroom is tiled.

There is a parking space in front of the house. A garden shed with an electrical socket for your bicycles and a wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration and for a fee) are also available.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment upon prior registration. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi with limited speed via the cellular network is available. We cannot guarantee sufficient speed or unrestricted availability.

The “Cordula,” “Deichkrone,” and “Platzhirsch” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape is perfect for walks, bike rides, and exploring the vast expanse of East Frisia. The unique location of the “Friesentraum” holiday rental is particularly noteworthy for dog owners, as well as for all walkers. The dike is just a few minutes’ walk away. This is perfect for a morning or evening “walk with the dog”—and, incidentally, for great strolls in general. Via the “Deichweg,” you can quickly reach the picturesque harbour and then the town centre. Experiencing this at the start or end of a day (or at sunrise or sunset), with the ever-changing play of colours in the sky, is always a wonderful experience... With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian Islands, this holiday rental is the perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holiday days.
