The 121sqm bungalow was built in solid construction in 2016 and offers enough space for the whole family including a dog. The house is on a 681 sqm plot with a beautiful garden. On the covered terrace with cozy garden furniture and Weber grill you can enjoy beautiful hours outdoors.
The floor plan offers you a very bright and spacious entrance area from which you can reach all rooms on the ground floor. The large living and dining area invites you to linger in front of the fireplace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen including steam oven offers enough space for cooking together. A washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the utility room.
The entire bungalow is newly furnished to a high standard and has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed, 1 further bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00, 1 modern shower room and 1 guest toilet. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds and underfloor heating. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other rooms are tiled. WiFi can be used free of charge. A storage facility for bicycles is also available.

This beautiful bungalow is located in a quiet residential area of Grimersum (Krummhörn) approx. 12 kilometers northwest of Emden.
Grimersum is a popular place with tourists and locals, because the idyllic location and the proximity to the port of Greetsiel (5 minutes) makes this place very attractive. Numerous shops, doctors, etc. are located in the Pewsum district, about a 7-minute drive away.

Electricity, gas and internet are included in the rental price.
Your dog is very welcome. There are no extra costs for you.

A flat rate of 70 euros is charged for the final cleaning. Bed linen and towels are available in a package per person for 10 euros. The usual local tourist tax as well as final cleaning and laundry package will be charged on arrival and handing over the keys.
