Holiday Home "Grietjes Huus" with Private Terrace, Fireplace and Wi-Fi

This charming, rustic semi-detached house "Grietje's Huus" in the village of Loquard near Krummhörn shines in new splendor after its recent renovation. The house impresses with original wooden beams and a cozy atmosphere. With 67 m², it accommodates up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (accessible via two steps), while the upper floor offers another bedroom with an extra-large double bed (2x2 m). Both rooms have wardrobes for your comfort. The lovingly furnished living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and dining table. An electric fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings. Along the bright hallway, the well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle, while the bathroom with shower and WC is on the opposite side. Amenities also include TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system, and washing machine. Families are welcome: there is a baby cot, high chair, and a box of toys. Enjoy sunny days on your private courtyard terrace with seating area, sun lounger, and barbecue. Children can play in the sandbox.



Public parking is available next to the cemetery. There is a spot at the house for loading and unloading. Bicycles can be stored in racks in front of the house. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, or book a linen and towel package, which is available for an extra charge.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus ♡♡♡

Pros: Das Haus ist genau richtig für ein paar entspannte Tage an der See ♡♡♡♡ Es ist einfach traumhaft schön, ich wollte am liebsten sofort dort einziehen ♡♡♡♡ Es ist mir diesmal besonders schwer gefallen, den Schlüssel wieder zurück zu geben. Mit wie viel Liebe dieses Haus ausgerichtet ist,spürt man sofort beim betreten ♡♡♡ Es war sauber und man findet alles was man benötigt. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause ♡♡♡ Es liegt sehr zentral, so dass man überall hin nicht lange unterwegs ist :) Wenn man eine fünf Sterne unterkunft mit Luxus fürs Herz sucht, ist man hier genau richtig !♡!♡! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschönen Tage bei Ihnen ♡♡♡ Das einzige was wir ändern würden, wäre das vogelhäuschen woanders zu platzieren, da die elterntiere keine Ruhe für ihre jungen hatten, wenn wir auf der Terrasse waren. Da hatten wir immer direkt ein schlechtes Gewissen dort zu sitzen
