New, dog-friendly upstairs apartment in Grachtenpark right on the water!

This high-quality furnished apartment (completed in February 2022) offers a beautiful view of a side channel of the Greetsieler Sieltief. The light-filled living area, featuring a large U-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV, is perfect for relaxing with the whole family, as a couple, or even on your own. You can step out onto the furnished balcony directly from the living area.

Adjacent to this is the dining area with a dining table, six chairs, and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and materials and features, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and other essential kitchen utensils.

Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed, another flat-screen TV, and ample storage space for your luggage. Adjacent to it is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large skylight.

The attic features a converted studio with two single beds and another flat-screen TV.

The living area and bedrooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in electric roller shades. In addition, the entire apartment is fitted with high-quality ceiling spotlights. A washing machine is also available.

Dogs are also welcome in this apartment!

A parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the building, there is a lockable garden shed with charging capabilities for your e-bikes/bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We can now offer charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee permanent or unlimited availability.

The “binnen un' buten” and “Sielzeit” accommodation is located in the same building; other accommodation in Grachtenpark I include “An't Grachten,” “Grachtenblick I,” “Grachtendrööm,” GrachtenGlück, Grachtenrefugium, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, Zinnenhuus 1, and Zinnenhuus 2.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
