Gemütliches Ferienhaus für bis zu 6 Personen in Ruhiger Lage von Greetsiel

The Eric holiday home (80 m²), lovingly furnished in a country house style, is located in a quiet area of Greetsiel near the dike. On the ground floor, the home features a small entryway leading to the guest bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. A connecting door leads to the living area with a built-in kitchen, dining set, cosy sitting area, and terrace.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed.

The open-to-the-ceiling attic features two additional single beds.

The Eric holiday home thus has a total of 3 bedrooms:
Upper Floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, and a small sitting area in the bay window.
First Floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a shelf, and a desk.
Top Floor: Open-concept bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands with bedside lamps, chest of drawers, TV

The natural-light shower room on the upper floor features a shower next to the toilet. A mirror, a sink, a vanity cabinet, and a shelf for storing your personal items round out the comfortable atmosphere in the bathroom. The washing machine is also located there.

The small storage closet in the hallway leading to the living area (next to the bathroom) contains various cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum cleaner, etc.) as well as an iron and an ironing board, which are available for your use.

The living area features an open kitchen and a dining table that seats up to 6 people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things:
Dishwasher - Refrigerator with freezer compartment - Microwave - Ceramic cooktop with oven - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender - Egg cooker

A cosy, large corner couch by the fireplace invites you to relax and daydream (even on cold days). For your entertainment, you’ll find, for example, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a radio/CD player (Bluetooth, DAB, etc.), as well as a small collection of various card games in the TV cabinet. Wi-Fi with guest access (browsing and email) is available free of charge.

From the living area, a door leads out to the terrace (facing southwest). On the garden furniture provided there, you can enjoy the sun on relaxing days and evenings, have a lovely barbecue, or play with your children on the lawn. An awning provides additional shade on beautiful summer days.
For warm, rainy days, there is also a spacious covered seating area in the garden.

For our little guests…
a travel cot (including mattress and sheets), a high chair, as well as colouring supplies and building blocks are available upon request. In the garden, there is a small, coverable sandpit with some toys. The large playground in the centre of Greetsiel is about a 10–15-minute walk away.
