In addition to a living room with a separate dining area, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms comfortably accommodate two adults each.

The wind-protected sun terrace is located behind the house and is not visible from the street.

There is plenty of dishware and silverware, even when the apartment is fully occupied. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.

Please note that the staircase leading to the upper floor is steep and has staggered steps.

The distance from this holiday rental to the town centre (harbour) is approximately 950 m (walking distance).
