The holiday rental is located right next to the Zwillingsmühlen; the town centre and the harbour are just a few minutes’ walk away.

A spacious and bright living-dining area with modern entertainment electronics awaits you, along with a modern kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, among other appliances. From there, you can also step out onto the beautiful balcony with cosy lounge furniture for sunny afternoons.

The apartment is equipped with comfortable underfloor heating, as well as blackout blinds in the bedrooms, along with venetian blinds and fly screens.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one on the upper floor with a comfortable double bed and a closet, and another with two single beds and a smart TV in the converted attic.

There is a modern bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer; a washing machine is also available here.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.
