House for 6 persons: approx. 100 m2 over two floors. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV, and a bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower, as well as an additional, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), are located in the pool house. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and TV, and a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the covered terrace (about 20 m2) with seating, smart TV, and magnificent views of Mount Učka. An external staircase from the covered terrace leads to the 500 m2 garden, enclosed by dry stone walls.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
