You have a living area on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Next to the pool there is an annex with bathroom, kitchen and a nicely furnished barbecue area. The house has an Eco Domus certificate and is ideal for outdoor living and its surroundings for an active vacation in nature.The large covered terrace offers you a magnificent view of the Ucka mountains, fields and hills, as well as the garden with pool. Enjoy delicious grilled specialties in the shade with a fine drop of wine from local wine growers. Active vacationers can go hiking and biking as well as paragliding. Next to the pool is an additional bathroom.
