"Was there for 3 nights. After the first night the AC stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn't work. We tried to change rooms but we're told they were booked and there wasn't an option to switch. One desk clerk was very unhelpful telling us just to open the door to the terrace. ..."

Nothing particularly wrong with hotel, just we thought it was a 'wellness' type hotel, spa facilities, serene , calm , he erbal teas, yoga and healthy meals - perfect for couples - the reality is a more family orientated, kids screaming running round ..."

"Great location- walkable to Mostnica Gorge and waterfall as well as Bohinj Lake. The staff were friendly and helpful; the food in the restaurant was tasty. Only complaint is the WiFi was patchy in the room."
