Only adverse comments relates to the bathroom which was dated and in need of maintenance - for example shower was feeble and replacement of the leaky hose would have been beneficial. There is constant chatter 3 meters from the bed from 7.00 to after midnight. So you can't sleep until everyone has left the common area. One should stop using this room. Cobwebs over the bed. Constantly wet floor in the bathroom because a faucet drips, so the water runs across the floor. So you stand on...

"Each room has a balcony, which makes convenient to hang out the washing. There is a shared van from the main road to the Nakhon Sawan Train Station, which is priced at 12 baht per person. I would recommend this no-frills hotel for budget travellers."

"I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "
