"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "

Unfortunately, my door lock broke on my first night but the stuff were so good and efficient in rectifying the issue with a new room while they organized a locksmith to come the next day. I really appreciate the effort to fix the issue. I would 100% stay here again."

"I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! Gorgeous, close to the gondola. Amenities amazing."
