"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience.
