Sehr gute und moderne Ferienwohnung. Herrlicher Blick zum Bodensee und den Bergen. Kressbronn ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit Auto, Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Gegend zu erkunden.

Die Fewo ist sehr großzügig und nett eingerichtet. Von beiden Balkonen kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen, traumhafter Blick auf die Apfelplantagen, Bodensee und Schweizer Berge, sehr schön. Wer Filterkaffee mag, sucht vergebens eine Kaffeemaschine, ansonsten alles vorhanden. Toll fand ich auch ringsum die Rollläden, bei den Temperaturen, ein Segen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Bodensee. Die Fewo empfehle ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter.

Bei der Ankunft wirkt Haus und Lage auf den ersten Blick unattraktiv. In der Nähe Gewerbe, Hochhausblocks mit dem Charme der 70er. Ist man mal drin und darauf kommt es an, hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Bodensee. Lage ist gut, See, Strandbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (schicker Edeka-Laden), Ortszentrum und Bahnhof alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar riesig, eignet sich aber wegen des Schnitts nur für max. 3 Personen.

Die FeWo war in Ordnung, ruhige Lage. Obwohl wiele Mietparteien im Hochhaus wohnen, hat man nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen. Die Stechmücken waren mitunter eine Plage. Die FeWo kann ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe, war eine Mikrowelle 😃

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig, und natürlich die Ausblicke machen schon, dass Urlaub wird! Das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sauber und okay. Die Dusche bringt zeitweise wenig Wasser, vielleicht auch dem 7. Stock geschuldet!?

Wir haben 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Alina Urlaub gemacht. Der Ausblick war einfach nur der Hammer. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, alles sehr geflegt und wenn ein Problem aufgetreten ist, wurde sofort reagiert. Wir würden die Ferienwohung immer weiterempfehlen und sie auch nochmals buchen.

Eine herrliche, wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf den Bodensee, die Schweiz und Österreich. Das Badezimmer ist etwa altmodisch und die Dusche in der Badewanne sorgt für viel Wasser im Badezimmer. Die Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden. Kressbronn Zentrum, Bahnhof und Strandbad sind fußläufig erreichbar, Supermarkt in 400m.

Organisatorisch hat alles gut geklappt, bei der Schlüsselentnahme hat es länger gedauert, bis wir den Safe mit dem Drehschloss öffnen konnten, die Wohnung war blitzsauber, die Einrichtung bis auf die Küchenausstattung ausgezeichnet, die fehlenden Küchenutensilien haben wir schon für den Vermieter aufgeschrieben.

Very nice, spacious appartment at the 7th floor with magnificent view to the Bodensee, the Swiss and Austrian Alps. Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, nespresso coffeemaker etc. Two sunny balconies with garden furniture. Only a few minutes walk to the supermarket and the train/bus station. You can go for a bike, visit the Bodensee Beach or visit the villages with musea around the Bodensee. A really nice, relaxing and quiet place for your holidays.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in der traumhaften Wohnung Alina in Kressbronn am Bodensee. Alles hat prima geklappt und wir kamen in super saubere Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die tolle Aussicht über den See bis zu den Bergen ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war bei unserer Ankunft dass sie Wohnung sehr kalt war (15 Grad); und es hat bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert bis die große Wohnung auf 20 Grad war. Bei kalten Außentemperaturen sollte die Heizung vor Ankunft höher eingestellt werden.

Die Wohnung bietet für zwei Personen wahnsinnig viel Platz, ist sehr hell und großzügig geschnitten.Einzig das dunkle Badezimmer ist etwas kontrastreich zum Rest der Wohnung. Aufgrund der 7.Etage herrlich ruhig gelegen und der Ausblick von einem der Balkone wirklich wunderschön. Das die Wohnung in einem Hochhaus liegt, ist uns nicht bewusst gewesen, aber das Haus an sich ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, der Fahrstuhl funktionierte und ein Parkplatz immer vorhanden.Die Nähe zum Naturstrandbad und der Promenade wirklich ideal, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs liegen unweit entfernt. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Zwitschern der Vögel vom Balkon aus jeden Tag sehr genossen, dazu der Blick auf Berge und Bodensee. In der Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse alles vorhanden. Auch das wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Schlüsselabholung prinzipiell o.k., aber ohne Auto stellt sich die Frage, wie man zur angegebenen Adresse kommen soll? Ein schöner Urlaub war es für uns:-)
