We offer you a comfortable 48 m² two-room apartment in the center of Kressbronn am Bodensee. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor, in the half of the house facing away from the street and railway, ensuring a quiet stay.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The living area features a generously sized kitchenette, visually separated from the rest of the room. All rooms have either tile or parquet flooring. The newly renovated bathroom includes a double sink, a wellness shower, and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy the mild Lake Constance climate outdoors on the balcony. The apartment is non-smoking. Parking for your car is available in the courtyard. There is also covered storage for motorcycles or bicycles. Wi-Fi is available.
Our house is about 1 km from the lake shore. You can reach the water comfortably via romantic paths through orchards. The location is ideal for enjoying your holiday at Lake Constance.
