So stellt man sich ein Schloss Hotel nicht vor! 160 Euro für 1 Nacht und dann: - defekte, undichte Regendusche (spritze gegen die Decke) - lose Duschstange - herunterhängende, fast abgerissene Ablage in der Dusche - überall schmutzige und fleckige Wände - in den Fluren muffiger Geruch - unbeleuchtete Wege vom Parkplatz zum Hotel - Beschilderung Nachteingang unbeleuchtet, so klein beschriftet dass man es kaum finden kann - ungepflegte Außenanlagen - billigstes Ikea-Knarzbett - 3 (Scham?)Haare im Bett gefunden - Personal wortkarg und uninteressiert (kein "Willkommen", keine Nachfrage wie es gefallen hat, keine "Abschiedswünsche") - Zum Frühstück billigste Convinience-Aufbackbrötchen, Wurst teilweise farblich nah am Verfallsdatum - das ganze Haus ist deutlich abgerockt und zeigt seinen umfangreichen Renovierungsstau - unansehnliches bis hässliches 90-Jahre-Design In dieser Preisklasse, und dazu noch in der absoluten Provinz, eine Unverschämtheit! Jede privat geführte Pension Garni bietet für deutlich güntigere Konditionen bessere Leistungen. Ich kann von Buchung nur abraten!

Wer das Feeling von Schlössern, die Geschichte und einen anliegenden Park mag, ist hier richtig. Das Essen war Spitze. Schlecht war nur das Wetter. :-) Ha, ha....

Wenn man das große Ganze sieht muß man sagen, schön das es das noch gibt. Es gehört sicher einiges an Energie und Idealismus dazu so ein Hotel zu betreiben. Die Mitarbeiter sind Klasse und engagiert. Der Koch ist ein Künstler, ich habe selten so gut gegessen. Satt geworden bin ich auch. Also insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sicherlich sieht jede Unterkunft auf dem Prospekt toll aus. Und wenn ein Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist sieht man spuren, aber ein Schlosshotel das ausserlich abgerockt aussieht sollte dann nicht 4 sterne haben. Auf dem zimmer dann der selbe Eindruck. Zusammengewürfeltes Mobilar, im Badezimmer Keimte der Abfluss vom Waschbecken vor sich hin und Spuren einer nicht geplegten installation die ebenfalls Keimig aussahen. Im Zimmer waren Spuren von einem Dachwasserschaden nicht beseitigt worden die ebenfals nicht Hygienisch wirkten. Eine Minibar fehlte auch was ich von einem 4 Sterne Hotel bzw. Luxeriösen Herberge einfach erwarte. Alles in allem sind wir nicht zufrieden.

Familienfeier in romantischem Ambiente

An das Schlosshotel grenzt ein sehr naturbelassener Park. Falls sie nicht einen ökologischen Nutzen haben, könnte man vielleicht die wuchernden Brennneseln etwas reduzieren. Bei der Buchung war uns nicht klar, dass unser Zimmer in einem separaten Nebengebäude gelegen sein würde. Es war aber ganz o.k.. Das Bett nebst Wäsche sehr gut. Es fehlte ein Verdunkelungsvorhang und wie in vielen Hotels fehlte in der Dusche eine eindeutige Beschriftung oder Symbolik, was warm und kalt, Handbrause oder Regendusche auslösen wird.

Restaurant top, Hotel zweckmäßig Die vielen sehr guten Bewertungen stammen vermutlich von Restaurantgästen. Das Hotel bleibt leider hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Zunächst: das Bad war sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Aber in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würde ich mir etwas mehr Komfort wünschen. Zum Beispiel gibt es keine Verdunklungsvorhänge und die Zimmertüren schließen nicht richtig, sodass jedes Geräusch aus dem Gang ins Zimmer dringt. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, zwei Sorten Brötchen, kein Brot. Das Rührei war meistens aus. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: das wichtigste ist vorhanden, aber Preis-Leistung passt nicht.

Schön gelegenes Schlosshotel, das 1994 vor dem Verfall gerettet wurde. Um es zu erhalten, müsste es mehr gewartet werden, was sicher sehr kostspielig ist. Zimmer und Bad waren schön.

Ett nedslitet hotel som skulle behöva genomgå en total renovering. Smutsigt med döda flugor överallt som extra ”krydda”. Förvirrad personal som hämtad från ”Fawlty Towers” Våra önskemål som de bekräftat på mail hade de inte koll på. Hissen fungerade ibland och ibland inte. När vi frågade om trapporna istället blev svaret ”Dem hittar ni ändå inte så det är bättre med hissen”. Tur det inte började brinna. Det enda positiva var middagen som var god. Trevlig lätt förvirrad serveringspersonal som för dagen var klädda i kläder som skulle behöva lämnas till kemtvätt och skräddare. Andades Falwty Towers även här. Hotels.com bör inte ha dem som alternativ.

Beautifully-restored country palace outside of Berlin that made the perfect base for day-tripping throughout the region around Oranienburg, and beyond. The service was attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean and we particularly appreciated the restaurant. Everything about it -- menu, wine list, quality, service, and price was spot on.

Trænger til en opdatering

Ankom sent til hotellet, skulle kun overnatte der og køre igen. Spøgelsesagtigt hotel der trænger til en stor overhaling. Værelser af ok standard og rent på selve værelset. Morgenmaden var dårlig og uinspiseret. Ikke et “4 stjernet” hotel værdigt. Venligt personale.

Great place for family stop over on a long drive

Nice place for us as family to stop over on a long drive between Prague and Denmark. Friendly atmosphere, pet-friendly, free parking and a decent breakfast. I can recommend the Bellevue rooms, they are spacious and in very nice condition.

Nice place with an interesting story !

Fantastic place - though a bit away from everything. Until now I stayed there 2 times and will for sure come back another time travelling from Hamburg to Berlin and need a place to stay for one night. Further to this - a very good kitchen and a good winecellar at - also - reasonable prices. Be aware kitchen closes at 2100 CET. Breakfast - absolut in the better category - free wifi...
