"The staff were very friendly and great atmosphere for a German hotel. Very clean and safe and had dinner and drinks downstairs, nothing was a problem. Even accidentally leaving my scarfe behind the staff had it returned, thank you."

"Close to the train station was a good location. We loved that it was so walkable to the main points of interest and close to the River bank park area. The main lobby bar was very nice to have a drink at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and great shower! Room was a nice size and modern. Lots of storage. "

"I really enjoyed staying at the hotel because it had a nice and simple modern design. However, I think it would be great if there was a fridge or a coffee machine in the room, considering the price I paid. Although I know there is one available downstairs, it would be much more convenient to have it in the room. One thing I noticed was that the cleaners would change the way the bed is made every time they came in. Although they were quite thorough and took the trash and towels away, I found that the room floor wasn't always cleaned. On the other hand, I must say that the reception staff were very helpful and had a great attitude."
