Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, lawn for sunbathing (fenced), swimming pool round (3,6 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, burglar alarm system, laundry, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises.
