Всё замечательно! Завтрак великолепный. Бассейн, соляная пещера, сауна - очень приятный бонус, включённый в цену. Но было бы отлично, если бы на полу в номере было ковровое покрытие.

EXCELLENT HÔTEL / RESTAURANT

Very professional and friendly checkin and checkout team .. very good service overall. Large and clean rooms with nice view over the city. Excellent breakfast And very good restaurant on terrace in evening , no need to move out of the hotel for dining. Really perfect place to stay . Also great swimming and fitness room.

Отель нам очень понравился. Завтрак просто замечательный! Номера комфортные и чистые. Проблема только с количеством розеток, всего две. Фен невозможно включить в ванной, только в комнате. Ну это всё мелочи! Общее впечатление отличное!

I liked the location ( the center of Krasnodar ), good breakfasts. Only a few small things I did not like. There were many cabinets (with coat hangers) but few shelves in the room. There was no any washcloth in the bathroom.

Ужас! Самый отвратительный отель который встречала

Ужас, отвратительно. Парковки нет!!!!! Заявлено что есть, но даже если её заказать заранее, то не факт что ее предоставят, у нас так и было, заказали парковку, передали в отель по эл.почте данные автомобиля... а оказалось, что это не гарантия наличия мест. И никто не предупредил! Мы прибыли в отель из другого региона В 21ч и должны были Самостоятельно искать парковку. Вообще персонал ужасный! Везде! Отель это одна большая проблема для всех постояльцев. Находясь вечером в лобби мы только и видели что на ресепшн приходили постояльцы и что-то требовали и ругались ! Кто-то часами выпрашивал обогреватель (в номерах было холодно), кто-то парковку, кто-то ожидал заказ из ресторана в номер и тд. Ужас в общем! И это за 10000₽ за ночь! Завтраки тоже так себе, сначала не было столов, потом закончился кофе, приборы и салфетки приходилось выпрашивать, еду пополняли неохотно, тарелок не хватало. Номер , заказывали делюкс, был похож на обычный стандарт, без вида, без балкона. В бассейн можно попасть только по предварительной записи. В общем : если хотите испортить настроение- вам сюда! Если хотите положительных эмоций- обойдите его стороной. Напротив есть отель CROWN plaza, там номера стоят 4800₽ , и сами номера и обслуживание на высшем уровне, лучше бронируйте там, этот отель - клоака!
