В целом гостиница мне понравилось, но не очень. В номере в ванной комнате очень сильно не хорошо пахло. Сам номер чистый и аккуратный. Завтрак хороший. Ну вот расположение гостиницы – это какой-то нехороший момент. Такое ощущение, что жил возле автобана. Под окном нам сильно шумят машины, и спать можно только при закрытом окне. Вечер раскрасили варёные раки, заказанные в местной Раковой №1, сеть магазинов раков (Российская, 64к1) и вайфай.

Muy bien en general. Esta bien ubicado aunque alrededor no esta tan bonito, esta muy cerca del centro. La comida del restaurante muy buena, limpio y habitaciones de buen tamaño.

В отеле в воскресенье не могли найти мою бронь через hotels.com. Придется вам повторно отправлять сюда подтверждение. И завтрак мой потеряли сначала. Я было хотел звонить в поддержку, но она только с 10 часов начинает работать, что неудобно. Район с полностью деградировавшей инфраструктурой: от разбитых дорог и тротуаров до отсутствия пандусов и бесконечными ветками, свисающими до пояса на тротуаре. Сумку пришлось тащить в руках, потому что катить ее просто негде, тут разобъете колеса на раз-два. Огромные лужи на дороге, куча песка вместо тротуара - тут обычное явление. Очень неприятно было сидеть на стуле. Он хоть кожаный и задумывался как мягкий, на самом деле крайне неудобный, потому что по бокам жесткие высокие перегородки. Еще слышимость очень хорошая в соседние номера. Номера категории эконом все выходят прямо на поезда.

Очень приличный отель. Хорошее состояние. При бронировании просите номера с окнами на улицу. Другая сторона выходит на железную дорогу. Очень приятный ресторан в отеле. Кухня отличная. Расположение отеля не удачное. Промышленный район. Но стоимость номера всё компенсирует. При заезде сказали, что я забронировал проживание без завтрака. Нашел подтверждение бронирования по почте, завтрак был включен. Показал на рецепшене, после чего завтрак подтвердили. Завтрак был довольно разнообразным и вкусным. Вцелом, хороший вариант для командировки.

Все хорошо, за исключением железной дороги под окнами отеля. Ночью просыпаешься от шума товарных составов... В номере лежат затычки для ушей, но спать с ними нереально. Завтрак почему-то оказался платным (300 рублей), несмотря на то, что в бронировании указано - бесплатно.

Хочу отметить состояние отеля - он новый. Мебель в номерах - новая. Чистое, фирменное постельное белье, полотенца. Приятный дизайн номеров. Хороший напор воды. Пол в ванной с подогревом. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Теперь о минусах. Проблема многих отелей в России, в том числе и отеля Карат - персонал. Девушка на рецепшене даже не поздоровалась, с кислой и недовольной физиономией все таки заселила в номер. Несмотря на просьбу при бронировании - о номере на сторону, противоположной железной дороге, номер выделили именно с видом на железную дорогу. Не смотря на отсутствие постояльцев. При этом в отеле явно сэкономили на хороших окнах. И даже не смотря на беруши, которые присутствуют в номере, шум от железной дороги был невыносим. В некурящем отеле, в ванной стоял чуть ли не сигаретный дым, который только спустя час работы вытяжки - исчез. Однако, уходя из номера, при выключенной вытяжке - ванная снова наполнялась сигаретным дымом. В номере - просто отвратительные высокие подушки, спать на таких невозможно. Персонал отеля не смог предложить никакой замены. В номере есть комплиментарная вода, но отсутствуют чайные наборы. Громадный минус - плохая работа горничных. В душевой, на унитазе - остались волосы предыдущих постояльцев, в раковине была пыль - также как и на некоторой мебели в номере. На рецепшене персонал между собой общается матом, в присутствии клиентов. Я не рекомендую данный отель. По крайней мере до тех пор, пока не будут устранены недостатки.

Бронировал двухместный номер с трассой с видом на город . Террасой являлись два кресла в комнате ,а видом на Краснодар , вид на железную дорогу и пром зону . Очень громкий шум , даже двойные окна не помогают , для чего в номере и предлогаются беруши . При броне просил номер с ванной в ванной комнате , оказалось что ванна по словам администратора на ресепшене находиться только в люксе . В номере не работал кондиционер , поэтому было жарко , а с открытого окна не очень хорошо пахло с пром зоны и от железной дороги . Не работал торшер и холодильник минибара в номере совсем ничего не охлаждал . А так номер в целом чистый .

Отель оправдал наши ожидания. Совершенно новый, удобный, комфортный. В номере было все, что может понадобиться. Вежливый персонал. Все идеально, кроме месторасположения: шоссе + жд транспорт под окнами. Но, к счастью, нам все это не помешало выспаться.

Пркрасный отель, идеально для работы и отдыха. В ресторане вкусно готовят. Персонал очень старательный, чистота везде - и в номерах и в коридорах и в лобби. Комндицинирование, интернет, тв - все продумано и сделано отлично. Изюминка на 2 этаже - возможность выйти на веранду отеля. Из минусов - собственно, к самому отелю отношения не имеющих, можно назвать только запущенное окружение.
