"Pros: Gleich bei Einzug hatte ich einen positiven Eindruck, es war alles wie beschrieben. Was man so vorübergehend braucht, war vor Ort und habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar eine abgeschlossene Garage für mein Bike war vorhanden. Hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber, der für Anregungen offen ist und sie sogar auch noch sofort umsetzt. Sowas sucht seinesgleichen! "Nach schnellem und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter reisten wir im herrlich gelegenen Himmelpfort an, Obwohl wir vor der verabredeten Zeit da waren konnten wir unser Quartier gleich beziehen.Ein sehr guter Kontakt bestand zur Verwalterin vor Ort. Praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht, was nicht da war haben wir auch nicht vermisst. Auf dem Gelände ist ein kleiner Spielplatz, was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern noch schöner macht. Unsere Enkel werden sich...

"Fr. Strohmeyer hat uns und unsere Hündin herzlich begrüßt - auch eine spätere Ankunft unsererseits war kein Problem. Wir wollten über Silvester raus aus der Großstadt und konnten die Wälder und Seen ringsrum mit unserem Hund sehr genießen.In der Ferienwohnung selbst war alles da und wir konnten es uns abends mit dem Kamin gemütlich machen.Das nächste Mal bleiben wir bestimmt etwas länger. :)Der Kamin"

"Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage. The room is equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel pizzeria with an affordable price. The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm."

"I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal. However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies. There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. This was not mentioned in the welcome letter, and when I raised it at reception, the staff shrugged and unhelpfully suggested trying the top floor for a signal. Additionally, mobile reception was poor, and I often had to sit in a dark corridor on the third-floor conference area to connect and work. The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience. When I emailed to raise these issues, I received a handwritten note advising me to speak with reception. However, the house manager was never available when I attempted to follow up. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location in Rhinesberg, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were wonderful. However, my experience was further soured at checkout when the receptionist insisted I pay, despite having prepaid through Hotels.com. I ended up only paying the city tax, plus €5 per night for parking, which felt unreasonable given the lack of key amenities. I won’t be returning; prior notice of such disruptions, or a sincere apology, would have gone a long way."
