"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"The hotel is five star for Bulgaria. Responsive, pleasant, and attentive staff, food was plentiful and varied, however there is little change from day to day. As typical in the region beef is not the best and other choices were overcooked. Still, there was enough choice to find a satisfying meal. Their indoor and outdoor mineral pools are very nice. The private beach is excellent and well appointed with umbrellas, lounges, and a nice bar. Rooms are spacious,modern, and clean.

"NO RECOMMEND! We called the hotel, we made the reservation on the Expedia site, to announce that we arrived between 23: 30-23: 45 depending on the traffic, we had previously sent an email (no one answered) and we would like a late dinner, from the beginning they tried to announce to me that the room I booked was no longer available ..... with a confirmed reservation! I insisted on the phone and received an evasive answer ..                Exactly around 11:45 pm we stopped in front of a gate...
