My room was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and with a fresh new-style interior that made the stay even more enjoyable. We also used the underground parking, which was very convenient, secure, and well organised. Overall, everything was great and I would happily stay there again."

The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the communal areas were superb. The breakfast was mainly waiter service and the choice of food was delicious. "We arrived late for check-in and were exhausted after flying from California via Denmark to Krakow, so the complementary late check-out of 2 p.m. without charge was really helpful. Our son's wife had stayed there, so we knew the hotel and are glad that we also stayed there instead of the now-too-expensive hotels at the airport."
