Gorąco i wymaga odnowienia

Da się pomieszkać przez dwie - trzynoce, pod warunkiem przeciętnych temperatur na zewnątrz, czyli około 22-23 stopni. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona w naczynia - tylko dwa duże talerze, małych brak. Brak informacji w opisie, że jest to najwyższe piętro i że w czasie wysokich temperatur nagrzewa się wybitnie, przy czym brak jest termorolet/termo zasłon czy choćby wiatraka. Brak moskitier przez co w nocy wlatuje robactwo. Wentylator w łazience działa non-stop - generuje hałas którego nie da się uniknąć. Pokrycia sof i poduszek bardzo zniszczone. W łazience brodzik przecieka, wc przecieka, pleśń na silikonach i rdza wokoło. Itd
